Announcement for allied financial entities of the Apps.co's Growth and Consolidation phase
Bogotá, November 30, 2016. The High Tech Corporation (Codaltec), the project manager of the Apps.co initiative of the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications, opened a call seeking to select six allied entities to implement the phase "Growth and Consolidation Of ICT Business "in different cities of the country. Up to December 9, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. applications will be received for the accompaniment of at least 24 companies and their technology-based products in the period 2016-2017.
The selected entities must have experience in training, counseling, mentoring and financial leverage for ICT projects, as well as having adequate infrastructure for the development of support in business lines, customer acquisition, digital marketing and communications, key aspects to the Growth phase and ICT Business Consolidation of Apps.co, in order to help companies to reach break-even in investment states and turn them into sustainable companies.
With these tools, the entrepreneurs, along with the work teams, will advance towards the scalability of their companies and the competitiveness at international level.
In the call for allied entities both natural and legal persons domiciled in the country can participate, with years of demonstrable experience accelerating ICT businesses in communities, likewise, consortia or temporary unions constituted by national or foreign legal entities can apply for the call.
The best proposals are selected in Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Barranquilla and Bucaramanga, cities where the Growth and Consolidation phase has historically been executed. The sixth allied entity must be selected from its score, and that the city proposed by the supplier with an ecosystem that supports the operation.
